Gardens

Cannington Walled Gardens and Tea Rooms 2.2 miles

 Walk to  our neighbouring village of Cannington along the  River Parrett.

Dunster Castle and Gardens 19.8miles

Dunster is a very popular place for our visitors situated in the sweeping hills of The Exmoor National Park .It is a medieval village with an ancient castle, priory, dovecote, yarn market, inns, packhorse bridge and a mill.

The Bishops Palace in Wells 27.3 miles

Wells is a beautiful city on the southern edge of the Mendip Hills and the Cathedral is well worth a visit.

Kilve Beach   ( 8 miles)

Great for rock pools and fossils – before you go ask us for some hammers!

Watchet (14 miles)

A quaint little coastal town with a busy marina and a selection of individual little shops.

Burnham on Sea (16.8 miles)

Miles of sandy beaches for great seaside walks.

Blue Anchor (17.4 miles)

Enjoy a great lunch or afternoon cream tea at The Drift Wood Cafe – great food and very dog friendly.

Minehead. ( 22.7 miles)

There is a selection  of beaches at Minehead. Great day out if you catch the Steam Train down from one of the station on route!
